Company History
Founded in 1984, Safeharbor Software has been a trusted provider of estimating solutions for flooring professionals. Owner and operator, Larry Nickerson has been in the floor covering industry since the age of 26. He began by working at a carpet store installing and learning the ins & outs of the industry. He later started an accounting software & sold that for a few years. Next, he would move on to work with Ramco & bring in the digitizer boards to use with paper plans. Finally, he broke off & created his own on-screen take-off software known today as Estimat-All.
